Family & Friends Package
We have been part of the Birkenhead community for over 30 years, helping families grow, move, recover, and stay active. Our Family & Friends package is a simple way to look after your health together.
Two people can come in for treatment or a check-up, with ACC appointments costing just $80 total instead of $65 per person. This works well if one of you has a clear injury, while the other simply wants a general check-up to find those tight, sore, or restricted areas you may not have realised were there.
During the session, we may use a range of treatment approaches, including hands-on osteopathic care, acupuncture, cupping, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic heat. With separate treatment rooms, one person can be resting with acupuncture, cupping, or heat therapy while the other receives hands-on care.
Bring a partner, parent, teenager, friend, or family member and make looking after yourselves part of the same visit.
Prevention Is Easier Than Repair
Good health often starts before an injury becomes a problem. In the same way many people visit the dentist every six months to help prevent cavities, your body can benefit from regular check-ups too. Small areas of stiffness, tension, or restricted movement can build quietly over time, often before they become painful or start affecting your day-to-day life. An osteopathic check-up can help identify and treat these areas early, keeping you moving well and helping you stay ahead of future aches and injuries.
